Northwestern is excited to announce our 3rd Annual Skate-A-Thon. It will be held at the Danbury Ice Arena September 6th, 2015 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. It will be a fun afternoon of prizes, music, special guests, and much, much more!!!! This is wonderful way to get our Icehawks involved in a great cause by doing something they love. All of the proceeds will be given to the NWCYH Scholarship Foundation and Autism Speaks.

HOW IT WORKS

In order to participate in the Skate-A-Thon, Individual skaters must raise at least $50 in pledges.  Please use the Skate-A-Thon Pledge Sheet to track pledges.  For families, a minimum of $150 in pledges must be raised. There is a maximum of 6 family skaters. There is no "lap counting" or competition on the ice. Just music and fun!

As an added incentive, prizes will be awarded for the most dollars raised. Please see our prize page for a complete listing of prizes.

PLEDGES

All skaters are encouraged to raise as much in pledges as possible.  Pledge sheets and money must be turned in by September 1st, 2015.  Mail to Tiffany Delmonico, 12 Wildlife Dr. New Milford, CT 06776.  Checks only! Credit cards are not accepted and please do not mail cash. Checks should be made payable to NWCYH.  Northwestern Hockey is a tax exempt non-profit organization, so all pledges are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
